Arizona Trip

We went on a trip to Arizona for a Russ and Cindy Donkin family reunion. It was so much fun. We had a wonderful time seeing family and enjoying their time and company. Here are some pictures to document the occasion. Me and my white, prego belly at the pool in the hot Arizona sun.

Andy and I at a pit stop on the way to the cabin in Greer, AZ.

Andy and I on the balcony off our room at the cabin.

Danny-boy and me in a staring contest. He wins, he always does. He was in a super good mood this week, otherwise I would not have been able to sit this close to him. I usually cause him to shout obscenities. Its awesome.

Russ and me in the porch swing. He had to help me get out of it.

I took a bit of a tubble while ridding bikes. Yes, that is mud, and yes, I did fall into a creek, and yes, I have many bruises to show for it.

This was our dinner night in the kitchen. We made chili and it was a delight. I made cornbread. Actually, Marie Callender made the corn bread, I just added water and corn. But it was delicious none the less.

We went fly fishing and Andy caught a fish. The fish was at least 8 feet long!!!!

The whole family minus Zach, who is serving a mission in Argentina.

Thank you Wisconsin

This goes out to the woman in Wisconsin who ordered a book while I was out of town and is willing to wait a few extra days for it. You will love the Jack London. I know, because my husband wanted it, and is a little teary eyed that it was sold.
"For never actually spending time in the outdoors, he sure talked big. Well, never mind Jack London's lack of experience, this rustic journal lends itself to be a great exploration companion. The soft leather bound journal is small, flexible, and durable. Perfect for packing around in Europe, South America, Alaska, The Pacific Crest Trail or wherever the wind blows you.For never actually spending time in the outdoors, he sure talked big.
