Hungry Baby Bird

Pete has been doing this new thing in the evenings when Andy gets home. I hope it becomes the nightly ritual, it makes Andy and me laugh. Its like he's still hungry, but he's belligerent about it. He usually just makes a small cry or makes a "nursing" noise when he wants more, but in the evening when Andy gets home, this is what he does.

We're taking this show on the road.

Pete and Baby "Yaya"

So my friend Annie has a little girl named Lila. They used to live in Brooklyn (Annie, her husband, her little boy, and Baby Lila), but moved to North Carolina suddenly in May because they found out their little girl had brain cancer. They are in Raleigh and Lila receives treatment at Duke Hospital and has the best of the best for doctors. We all have high hopes. But that is not what this blog is about. Annie and I decided to set up an arranged marriage for out little ones. Lila is a bit older than Pete (she was born in February, Pete in October), but once they get older age won't matter. And from the looks of things, Lila seems to have a thing for younger men anyways.

Pete wanted to hold her hand but was nervous because she's such a pretty lady....

So Lila made the first move but she couldn't reach his hand so she held his ear....

They are so cute together, I hope they don't mind their futures are already decided...

I just love that little girl so much, and her parents are pretty awesome too. Get well Yaya and keep being oh so sweet.
